NSFC collaborates with XOX To Strengthen Its Offerings To The Fans

XOX Bhd (XOX), via its sports marketing arm, XOX Pro Sport Sdn Bhd, and Negeri Sembilan Football Club Sdn Bhd (NSFC) have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide the football club with the service of co-branding telecommunication products and services, and coordinate with XOX to explore commercial opportunities with XOX Group ecology.

The partnership will see NSFC offering mobile subscription plans on new ONEXOX sim packs, doubling it as NSFC’s membership loyalty programme to keep fans up to date and well informed of the latest happenings with the team.

Famed for its Minangkabau cultural features that sits on top of many building roofs, “The Deers” will be celebrating its 100th year of inception and the team is planning to do it in style with the introduction of this new partnership.

“On behalf of NSFC, we are pleased to be able to work with our new telco partner XOX and hope that with this cooperation, we have an additional income stream to help the club to become self-sustainable. In addition, we also expect support from Skuad Jangs supporters and together with us help develop this club,” Chief Executive Officer of NSFC, Satwant Singh said during the signing ceremony.

Satwant Singh added that the team aims to stay in the top 5 of the 2023 Malaysian Super League and that marketing efforts are on-going to ensure corporate boxes in the stadium are being filled as well.

“XOX aims to reach out to a wider audience of Malaysian football fans, estimated to number at 15.6 million people, by providing a platform that connect fans with their favourite sport, football club and essentially their favourite player,” said XOX’s Group CEO, Mr Ng Kok Heng.

From badminton to motorsports and now to football, XOX’s sees its support in the sports industry as crucial in hopes to be an exemplary lead to corporate Malaysia and join in to give young Malaysians a fighting chance to be sporting icons.
